FAQ's

If you have purchased a Nespresso coffee machine from a Participating Retailer between 25th March 2020 and 2nd June 2020, simply submit your coffee credit claim by visiting www.nespressopromotion.co.nz and click on ‘Redeem Your Claim’ and complete your details.

The offer is subject to the Participating Product purchased and meeting the terms of offer.

Participating Products and offers are listed below for reference.

  1. Offer 1: Purchase any U Solo, Inissia or Essenza Mini Nespresso coffee machine to receive $40 off your next coffee order during the Promotional Period from Participating Retailers.
  2. Offer 2: Purchase any U Milk, Essenza Plus, Pixie, Citiz&Milk, Prodigio, Expert&Milk, Lattissima, Maestria or Creatista Nespresso coffee machine to receive $70 off your next coffee order during the Promotional Period from Participating Retailers.

Once your claim has been verified and approved, the coffee credit will be placed into your Nespresso Membership account.

To submit a claim, visit wwww.nespressopromotion.co.nz and click on ‘Redeem Your Claim’ and complete your details by following the prompts.

Prior to starting your claim submission, please ensure that you have the below information ready as you will be required to provide it as part of your claim submission:

  1. Your 19 digit serial number from the machine you purchased (19 digit alphanumeric code found on the drip tray or underneath your machine)
  2. A scanned / photo of your Proof of Purchase (clearly showing machine model, date of purchase, price paid and the retailer)
  3. Your Nespresso Membership number (if you are an existing Nespresso Member)

Retailers who sell Participating Products in New Zealand and operate from shop fronts in New Zealand including both the physical shop front and online store operated by such retailers and which display promotional material.

A Participating Retailer is not www.nespresso.com or Nespresso via phone 0800 234579 or Nespresso Boutiques.

You will be able to find a list of Participating Retailers on the Purchase Details page during your claim submission. To find a Participating Retailer, please click on the drop down menu. If you are unable to find your Participating Retailer, please select ‘Others’ located within the drop down menu.

Yes, you are required to be or become a Nespresso member to redeem the $70 or $40 Coffee Credit.

If you are not a Nespresso member, you can simply submit your claim and you will automatically become a Nespresso member. Your account details will be emailed to you shortly after your claim submission.

Yes, once you have purchased a Participating Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotional Period, simply visit your nearest Nespresso Boutique and present a physical copy of the original proof of purchase along with the machine serial number (19 digit alphanumeric code found on the drip tray or underneath your machine) to redeem the offer. Digital invoices will not be accepted.

Simply contact Nespresso on 0800 234 579 and we will be able to arrange a paper based form to be sent to a nominated address of your choice which you may complete and send back to Nespresso via our Reply Paid address.

Up to (3) claims per customer will be accepted. The offer applies to the purchase of selected Nespresso machines between 25 March 2020 and 2 June 2020 (inclusive) at any Participating Retailer in New Zealand. Lay-bys not paid in full by 2 June 2020 are excluded from these offers.

There are a number of ways for you to locate your existing Nespresso Membership number. These include:

  1. If you already order your capsules online or using the mobile app, you can view your Membership number by accessing your account details online: https://www.nespresso.com/nz/en/home and click on PLEASE SIGN INTO YOUR ACCOUNT
  2. Call Nespresso on 0800 234 579 (24/7)
  3. Visit your nearest Boutique and ask a Nespresso Coffee Specialist
  4. Check a recent email from Nespresso

It is important that you submit your claim using your existing Nespresso Membership number so we can ensure your machine is correctly registered on this account and you are eligible for special offers or invitations.

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing technical difficulties using our claims service. Kindly check that you are using the latest version of Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox. If you continue to have issues after updating your browser, you can contact Nespresso on this page on the Nespresso website.

If you are trying to select the ‘Continue’ button and the site is not progressing to the next page, this means there could either be mandatory information missing from your submission on that current page or a field has not be completed correctly.

To check, scroll up and the fields will be highlighted for you to complete prior to selecting ‘Continue’.

Please complete your claim up until the Confirmation page. From there, you will be able to go back and edit pages that have already been completed.

Your Coffee Credit will be provided to you within 15 business days after your claim has been validated and processed by Nespresso. You will receive a confirmation email and instructions on how to redeem it.

During the claim submission process, updates of the status of your claim will be provided by email. If you did not receive any emails after your claim submission, please check your spam folder.

For validation purposes, your claim will now be reviewed and validated by Nespresso prior to you being able to redeem your Coffee Credit. The Coffee Credit will be provided within 15 business days after your claim has been successfully validated and approved by Nespresso. Please keep a look out for communication from Nespresso via email.

Please ensure you have provided us with the correct email address to receive communications from Nespresso.

Please contact Nespresso on 0800 234 579 (24/7) or via the ‘Contact Us’ page on the Nespresso website to enquire about the status of your claim submission.

This email is sent to create your Nespresso website log in. Setting up this log in is required should you wish to order via either our Nespresso website or mobile app.

Go to www.nespresso.com/nz/en/home and type in your email address and click on ‘Forgotten Your Password’. Then, input your email address again into the field and click Continue. You will then receive an email with a link for you to create your password.

Once you have received your validation email, you may redeem your Coffee Credit via any of the below methods:

  • Online: www.nespresso.com
  • Phone: Nespresso – 0800 234 579 (toll free) (24 / 7)
  • Visit: Your nearest Nespresso Boutique (open 7 days a week) – for locations, visit: www.nespresso.com/nz/en/pages/store-locator
  • Download: Nespresso Mobile Applications: available for iPhone, iPad, Android

A reminder that your Coffee Credit must be used in a full single transaction by 2 August 2020.

There is a minimum spend when you redeem the Coffee Credit. For example:

  1. Claimants of Offer 1 may purchase 50 capsules (5 sleeves where each sleeve contains 10 capsules) of Arpeggio capsules at $0.87 per capsule at a total cost of $43.50. Following application of the $40 Coffee Credit, the claimant will have a minimum spend of $3.50.
  2. Claimants of Offer 2 may purchase 90 capsules (9 sleeves where each sleeve contains 10 capsules) of Arpeggio capsules at $0.87 per capsule at a total cost of $78.30. Following application of the $70 Coffee Credit, the claimant will have a minimum spend of $8.30

Free Standard Delivery also applies on orders placed where Coffee Credit is being redeemed via channels where delivery applies (e.g. Nespresso mobile apps, Boutique Distant Orders).

Your Coffee Credit must be used in a full single transaction by 2 August 2020.

The claim process for Offer 1 and Offer 2 must be completed no later than 11:59pm NZDT 2 July 2020 (“Claim Close Date”)

Claims received after this time and date will not be accepted.

As per the Terms of Offer, the Coffee Credit must be redeemed in full in a single transaction by 11:59pm NZDT on 2 August 2020. Please see Terms of Offer for full details.

Yes, you are required to redeem your $70 or $40 Coffee Credit by 11.59pm NZDT on 2 August 2020. If you place a coffee order after 2 August 2020, your Coffee Credit will not apply.

Once you receive your validation email, there will be a link provided to set-up your Nespresso website log in. Click on the link and follow the instructions on the website to set up your Nespresso website log in.(must be actioned within 72 hours of receiving your email). You can then login to the Nespresso website or mobile app, place your coffee order and enter your promotional code at the check out to redeem the offer.

We are unable to transfer Coffee Credit to another Nespresso Membership.
