    TERMS OF OFFER


    1. The Offer is available to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over who provide a New Zealand postal address and comply with the requirements of these Terms of Offer. Employees of Nestlé New Zealand Ltd, any company associated with Nespresso, any company acting as a service provider for Nespresso and the employee’s immediate families are ineligible to claim this Offer.

    2. Nespresso machines participating in these Offers (“Participating Product”) are for the following ranges:
      1. Offer 1 applies to the purchase from the Essenza, Inissia and U machine ranges; OR

      2. Offer 2 applies to purchases from the Pixie, CitiZ&Milk, Prodigio&Milk, Lattissima, Maestria, Nespresso by KitchenAid, Expert&milk and Creatista machine ranges.

    3. The Offer options are:
      1. Offer 1 reward is the claimant’s choice of either $65 Coffee Credit* or $40 Cash-Back**

        Note: To redeem the coffee credit* for offer 1, the claimant will need to spend a minimum of $13.50

      2. Offer 2 reward is the claimant’s choice of either $95 Coffee Credit* or $70 Cash-Back**

        Note: To redeem the coffee credit* offer 2, the claimant will need to spend a minimum of $2.

        ** refer to point 10 below for Cash-Back conditions
    4. Retailers participating in these Offers are retailers who sell Participating Products and operate from shop fronts in New Zealand including both the shop front and any online store operated by such retailers (“Participating Retailer”). A Participating Retailer does not include:

      1. a retailer which only operates online stores with no shop fronts;

      2. the Nespresso Club (whether online at www.nespresso.com or via phone 0800 234 579); or

      3. Nespresso Boutiques.

    5. To claim either Offer:

      1. Purchase a Participating Product from a Participating Retailer between 21 March 2017 and close of business on 21 May 2017 (lay-bys not paid in full by Sunday 21 May 2017 are excluded from these Offers);

      2. Redeem the Offer online by visiting www.nespressopromotion.co.nz and following the prompts and choosing the Offer applicable to the Participating Product you purchased;

      3. Become a Nespresso Club Member or be an existing Nespresso Club Member.

      4. The claim process must be completed no later than 11.59pm New Zealand Daylight Time (“NZST”) on Sunday 18 June 2017.

    6. These Offers are not available in conjunction with any other Nespresso promotion, offer or discount. A Participating Product does not include Nespresso Business Solution machines. These Offers are not valid for commercial sales, second-hand, refurbished, trade seconds or similar products as determined by Nespresso in its sole discretion.

    7. Limits to these Offers are:

      1. A Coffee Credit may only be claimed once per customer during the Offer Period; and

      2. A maximum of three claims in total will be accepted per customer during the Offer Period, provided each claim represents the separate purchase of a Participating Product.

      3. Example 1: if a customer purchases 2 machines during the Offer Period the claimant may elect one Coffee Credit reward only, and the remaining reward must be taken as a Cash Back.

        Example 2: if a customer purchases 3 machines during the Offer Period the claimant may elect one Coffee Credit reward only, and the remaining 2 rewards must both be taken as Cash Back.

    8. Nespresso reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and reserves the right to disqualify any individual claimant or group of claimants for tampering with the claim process. Proof of purchase documentation (in the form of a tax invoice) must clearly show the Participating Retailer, the Participating Product, the price paid and the date of the purchase. The serial number of the machine must also be provided to Nespresso. Claim details that are ineligible or incomplete will be considered void.

    9. Coffee Credit will be provided as a credit to the claimant’s Nespresso account within 10 business days of their claim being validated and processed which can be used as a discount off a purchase of Nespresso Capsules from a Nespresso channel. The credit must be redeemed in full in a single transaction by Sunday 16 July 2017 and may only be used to purchase Nespresso capsules, (excludes accessories). Free standard delivery is included with redemption.

    10. Cash-Back will be delivered in the form of an Electronic Funds Transfer (“EFT”) into the claimant’s nominated New Zealand bank account. Successful claimants should allow 10 business days from when their claim being validated and processed to receive the money in their bank account.

    11. Nespresso reserves the right to refuse any claim if the Participating Product is returned to the point of sale.

    12. Nespresso collects claimants’ personal information in order to conduct the Offer. All personal details are kept in accordance with the Nespresso Privacy Policy. Visit www.nespresso.co.nz/en/pages/legal to access the Nespresso Privacy Policy.

    13. Promoter is Nestlé New Zealand Ltd trading as Nespresso New Zealand of Level 3, 12-16 Nicholls Lane, Parnell, Auckland NZ 1010.
